**Job description**:
- The Savings Fund Benefit Manager and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) serves as the technical point of contact within the Human Resources Management department, including the development, implementation, and modification of technological systems that automate Human Resources processes. They also maintain internal database files and tables and develop reports.
- Researches, analyzes, designs, and maintains information systems to support Human Resources administration and projects.
- Provides support to Human Resources at the plant level with day-to-day activities in Workday, as well as monitoring integrations/interfaces.
- Conducts monitoring activities for the Mexico Savings Fund benefit to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the company's requirements.
