Role: Saviynt L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Location: Chennai


Job Description:


  • Handle incidents and service requests related to Saviynt IGA.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for provisioning failures, access requests, and workflow issues.
  • Configure and maintain Access Requests, Campaigns, and Email Templates.
  • Assist in Identity Lifecycle Management processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver scenarios.
  • Execute approved configuration changes and minor enhancements.
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, connectors, and integrations; resolve failures promptly.
  • Assist in migration of changes from UAT to Production environments following change management processes.
  • Collaborate with L3 team for escalated issues and root cause analysis.
