Role: Saviynt L2 Support Engineer
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Handle incidents and service requests related to Saviynt IGA.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for provisioning failures, access requests, and workflow issues.
- Configure and maintain Access Requests, Campaigns, and Email Templates.
- Assist in Identity Lifecycle Management processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver scenarios.
- Execute approved configuration changes and minor enhancements.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, connectors, and integrations;
resolve failures promptly.
- Assist in migration of changes from UAT to Production environments following change management processes.
- Collaborate with L3 team for escalated issues and root cause analysis.
- Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
