Role: Saviynt L2 Support Engineer
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Handle incidents and service requests related to Saviynt IGA.
Perform basic troubleshooting for provisioning failures, access requests, and workflow issues.
Configure and maintain Access Requests, Campaigns, and Email Templates.
Assist in Identity Lifecycle Management processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver scenarios.
Execute approved configuration changes and minor enhancements.
Monitor scheduled jobs, connectors, and integrations; resolve failures promptly.
Assist in migration of changes from UAT to Production environments following change management processes.
Collaborate with L3 team for escalated issues and root cause analysis.
Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and solutions.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
