The Saw Operator Lead is responsible for overseeing saw operations and guiding a team of operators to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe fabrication of metal components. Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:

  • Leading and supporting saw operators in daily tasks and troubleshooting.

  • Operating saws and other cutting equipment to fabricate metal components according to specifications.

  • Performing advanced setups and assisting with programming for automated cutting processes.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
