Daily rate: SAW7 $630.76 per day (flexible for the right candidate)
Onsite requirement: Minimum 3-4 days per week in the office

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of organisational and project‑related change initiatives across the Technology division. Working within the Excellence, Performance and Change team, the Change Lead will play a key role in ensuring changes are understood, effectively adopted, and embedded to enable positive business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong change management experience and can confidently partner with leaders, project teams and impacted stakeholders to guide them through change with clarity and structure.
