Role Overview – Sales & Business Development Lead Professional (Gujarat)
Objective:
Lead PV module sales and business development in Gujarat, expanding market presence, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting INA Solar’s cutting-edge, high-quality solar solutions.
Location: Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement regional sales plans for Gujarat PV module customers. Promote TOPCon, bifacial, and monofacial modules across industrial, commercial, and utility segments.
• Business Development – Build relationships with distributors, EPC partners, industrial clients, and government agencies; identify new market opportunities.
• Market Analysis – Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs; provide strategic insights for pricing and positioning.
• Team Leadership– Lead and mentor the Gujarat sales team with trust, collaboration, and accountability.
• Customer Engagement – Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements; ensure high retention and long-term partnerships.
• Collaboration – Work with production, quality, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations; support initiatives promoting innovation and sustainability.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical); MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Experience : 8–10 years in solar PV module sales/business development, preferably with strong regional networks in Gujarat.
Skills : Strategic thinking, relationship-building, negotiation, leadership, and understanding of advanced PV module technology.
