The Role: Your Mission

As the SBU Head, you will be the primary architect of growth for our Aluminium Forging business. You will lead the transition from setup/brownfield expansion to full-scale, automated production, ensuring Victura remains the most trusted name in high-precision automotive components.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L & Strategic Leadership: Full accountability for the SBU’s Profit & Loss, EBITDA margins, and long-term business strategy.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee multi-plant operations, managing large-scale manpower (2000+) and ensuring world-class plant yield and productivity.
• Technical Benchmarking: Lead the implementation of advanced Aluminium Forging technologies (Warm/Hot Forging) and high-tonnage press lines (up to 5000T).
• NPD & OEM Engagement: Drive New Product Development (NPD) from RFQ to launch, serving as the technical bridge for global and domestic automotive OEMs.
• Operational Transformation: Implement TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and VA-VE projects to drive massive annual cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Digitization: Oversee the integration of SAP-driven workflows (WM/SD/PP) across the forging cluster to ensure real-time data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 20–25 years of hardcore experience in Forging (specifically Aluminium Forging ), with at least 5 years in a Business Head or SBU Head capacity.
• Technical Depth: Deep expertise in high-tonnage presses, automated forging lines, and metallurgical process engineering.
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (IIT/BITS or top-tier institutes preferred). An MBA is a significant advantage.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing multi-plant clusters and delivering high-impact business transformations.
• Mindset: A \"Strategic Conqueror\" who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
