SC Cleared Infrastructure Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee core on-premises infrastructure and services in line with industry best practices, KPIs, and the full product lifecycle.
• Provide specialist technical support across BAU and project work, ensuring delivery of functional and non-functional requirements and continual service improvement.
• Provide 1st–3rd line BAU support, working with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain, support, and continuously improve live products and services
• Contribute to overall service management, including workforce planning, budgeting, technology roadmaps, capacity planning, and project delivery
