  • develop and design standard SCADA solutions to deliver secure, scalable architectures in line with customer requirements and applicable industry standards

  • create project-specific SCADA solutions and system architectures in close collaboration with sales and bid management teams

  • prepare technical solution descriptions and define overall system concepts

  • create bills of materials (BOM) for SCADA solutions and ensure technical consistency

  • provide technical support to sales, bid management, and engineering teams while managing key technical stakeholders

  • translate functional requirements into epics, feature descriptions, and high-level acceptance criteria and support internal trainings

  • hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field

  • bring in-depth experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Lead Engineer, or Project Manager in the SCADA or control systems domain

  • have strong expertise in SCADA system architecture, including redundancy, high availability, scalability, and cybersecurity fundamentals

  • are proficient in common communication protocols (e.g. IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850, OPC UA, DNP3, Modbus; ICCP/TASE.2 is a plus) and leading SCADA platforms

  • possess solid knowledge of networking, data modeling, HMI and alarm management, and OT/IT integration

  • communicate fluently in English; German is an advantage
