Requirement: Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Requirements:

§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

§ Experience with Salesforce.com platform with minimum 5+ years developing on the platform with hands on development knowledge of Platform App Builder, Sales & Service Clouds, custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), batch and real-time integrations. Minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience.

§ Strong Experience in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security models, and integration patterns.

§ Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.

§ Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript and other Salesforce development tools.

§ Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.

§ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

§ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

§ Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
