Monadelphous is looking for a Scaffolding Coordinator to join our onshore Energy division on a Monday to Friday basis in Darwin NT.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required
  • Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task
  • Development and coordination or work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standard, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • What you’ll bring:

  • Current High Risk Workers Licence SA. Additional RA HRWL highly desirable
  • Experience with scaffold compliance tracking systems
  • Knowledge and experience creating detailed scaffolding work packs
  • Knowledge and experience creating manning profiles and rosters
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
