Schedule: Mon - Fri; 6:30am start time; OT available Pay: $20 - $25/hr; BOE Job Overview : As a Skilled Scaffold Erector , you’ll assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems for commercial projects, ensuring worker safety and scaffold stability. Your role is critical in providing secure platforms for construction teams to work efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities : Assemble and dismantle scaffolding based on blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations Inspect and maintain scaffold components, addressing defects or hazards promptly Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines, proactively mitigating risks Coordinate with crews and supervisors to meet project deadlines Troubleshoot scaffold issues and adapt to changing project needs Maintain accurate records of scaffold work and inspections.
