Oldfields Scaffolding is an Adelaide-based scaffolding business delivering access solutions across commercial, residential, infrastructure and specialist projects.

We are seeking a provenSenior Scaffold Estimator to lead our estimating team and directly influence revenue quality, margin performance, and client relationships.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role suited to an experienced professional who understands scaffolding commercially not just technically. If you are comfortable carrying responsibility, setting standards, and driving performance, this role offers genuine influence and autonomy.

The Role

You will lead the estimating function and be accountable for pricing quality, risk management, tender performance, and client engagement.
