• Operate and monitor scale house equipment for accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing goods
  
• Record weights and maintain precise logs of shipments and deliveries
  
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
  
• Inspect and verify documentation for all shipments
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout operations
