Job Description:

  • The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.

  • As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and process inbound ingredients and outbound feed;

  • Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.

  • Running miscellaneous daily reports. Be an involved/engaged member of a team.

  • Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc.
