A growing engineering firm in Cavite is seeking a Process Engineer to transform R&D-developed processes into scalable production systems. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and possess experience with high-voltage systems, PLC-based automation, and industrial electrical equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include translating concepts to production processes and supporting continuous improvement. This is an onsite position that requires strong troubleshooting and design skills.
