Responsibilities and Tasks:

Equipment engineers are responsible for mastering the structure and operating principles of production equipment and engaging in activities to enhance the productivity of production machinery. The roles and responsibilities of a Photo ASML DUV Scanner Equipment Engineer are as follows:

• Strictly adhere to and implement safety and quality protocols.

• Operate and maintain ASML DUV scanner equipment to improve equipment utilization.

• Conduct troubleshooting to swiftly resolve equipment issues and ensure efficient performance.

• Perform equipment and software upgrades to achieve improved equipment performance.

• Undertake the startup tasks for new equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and successfully implement process improvements.

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Requirements (Meeting all the conditions below is not mandatory):

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Passion for learning, growth, and self-development.

• Commitment to achieving goals with perseverance.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication abilities and teamwork skills.

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, or both.

• Knowledge and experience related to Photo Lithography processes.

• Knowledge and experience with exposure equipment, particularly ASML DUV Scanner systems.
