Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
• Create and import applications and packages within SCCM.
• Build application task sequences and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Troubleshoot application delivery issues and support planning and implementation of application delivery.
• Build and troubleshoot SCCM task sequences.
• Perform OS deployment via SCCM task sequences.
• Import hardware drivers and troubleshoot driver-related issues.
• Manage security patching using SCCM.
• Plan and implement SCCM-based patch management activities.
• Manage device builds using Autopilot and Intune.
