SCCM Engineer

SCCM Engineer:

We are looking for an experienced SCCM / Windows Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows environments. The role focuses on SCCM/MECM administration, Windows OS management, patching, software deployment, and endpoint security in a large-scale IT setup.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer and support SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environments

· Manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints, including OS deployment, upgrades, and migrations

· Handle software packaging and application deployments

· Plan, test, and deploy Windows updates and security patches

· Monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot deployment failures

· Provide L2/L3 support for Windows and SCCM-related issues

· Troubleshoot SCCM client and server-side issues using logs and reports

· Use PowerShell to automate endpoint management tasks

· Ensure endpoints comply with security policies and standards

· Work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams

· Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong experience with SCCM / MECM

· Solid knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) administration and troubleshooting

· Experience with software deployment, patch management, and OS imaging

· Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

· Experience with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender preferred)
