Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.
Good Understanding of ITSM process
Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.)
Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery.
Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization.
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client)
Infra Implementation and Rollout - MECM + Trellix ePO + Intel EMA
Good-to-Have
Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools like Intune, EMA, MDM
