Role - SCCM / MECM Administrator

Years of Experience - 6 to 8 years

Location - Pune

• SCCM/MECM
• Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.
• Good Understanding of ITSM process
• Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.)
• Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery.
• Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization.
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client)
• Infra Implementation and Rollout - MECM + Trellix ePO + Intel EMA
• Good-to-Have
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools like Intune, EMA, MDM
• Vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting
• Hands-on experience in WDS, managing PXE
• Proactive monitoring and strong follow-up practices to ensure overall compliance
• Hands-on experience in Intune / AutoPilot
• Understanding on latest technologies and their applications
• Motivational behavior among team is appreciated
