Responsabilities

• Implements both planned and ad hoc schedule and equipment updates, including changes to frequency, timetables, stopping patterns, train IDs, and equipment configurations within VIA’s reservation system. The role also involves adjusting route connections, blocking accommodations due to equipment issues, and managing crew space. Maintains a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction while protecting revenue.
