Scheduled Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Scheduled Operations Coordinator (SOC) is responsible for the strategical oversight of the day to day flight operations. Accountable to validate and remain informed on the status of all flight activity. As the primary point of contact for the current day flight operations, the SOC will collaborate with crew members and specialists on pertinent information as it relates to executing the schedule, or client logistics of a flight. Work closely with supervisors and management to convey solutions on operational issues. Maintain awareness to weather and traffic management initiatives that will have a negative impact on the schedule. Additional duties include analyzing and communicating a crew members duty day with the Flight Department.
