An established in-home senior care provider in the USA is seeking a
Scheduling Coordinator
to manage and coordinate caregiver schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced role and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor missed clock-ins, input notes, and confirm caregiver presence with clients.
- Follow up with clients if caregivers are running late.
- Handle call-outs promptly, contact clients, and arrange replacements.
- Review weekly schedules and fill gaps for current and upcoming weeks.
- Email updated weekly schedules to clients every Friday.
- Provide daily shift recap to the scheduling team.
