Job Description
At SOLVO GLOBAL SAS, we are looking for SCHEDULERS for our work team in COLOMBIA.
The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the daily and weekly schedules of caregivers to ensure clients receive timely and consistent care.
ONSITE: COLOMBIA: Bucaramanga, Cali, Bogota, Medellin, Barranquilla
SCHEDULE: Mondar-Friday 8:00Am-5:00Pm - PST
REQUIREMENTS:
- English C1
- Experience of year as a Scheduler or managing agendas and appointments.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling & Coordination Create and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and availability.
-Ensure all shifts are filled promptly and efficiently.
-Adjust schedules as needed for last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
-Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling.
