Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

English Level: 9.0–10.0

The Scheduler plays a key role in maintaining strong client-caregiver relationships and ensuring a seamless best in home care experience. This position involves coordinating schedules, managing referrals, and supporting payroll processes while fostering a positive and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Match caregivers with clients and manage day-to-day scheduling activities.
  • Communication: Answer calls professionally, liaise between caregivers and office management, and maintain clear documentation.
