  • Plan and manage schedules for caregivers, ensuring timely and efficient service to our senior clients.
  • Communicate with candidates and clients, primarily in English, so a clear accent and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assign resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet service standards.
  • Be the go-to person for any questions related to scheduling and availability.
