- Communicate with candidates and clients, primarily in English, so a clear accent and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assign resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet service standards.
- Be the go-to person for any questions related to scheduling and availability.
