**Brief Description**:
The Production Scheduler is responsible for maintaining fabrication and delivery schedules for both joist and deck.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers and all departments regarding fabrication and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with deck plants to maintain buyout schedules.
- Holds scheduling meetings weekly for updates between engineering/CS
- Update OIS per delivery and fab schedules for each job for joist and deck. Maintaining production schedule.
- Keep track of Must take delivery dates for projects.
- Receive and distribute bills for fabrication on list jobs.
- Determine current fabrication schedules to advise on lead times.
- Help with imports/exports as necessary.
