**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting**
- Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria (Nurture, Warm, HOT)
- Schedule sales appointments and assign them to the appropriate salesperson
- Respond to new leads within **5 minutes** to maximize conversion
**Customer Interaction & Support**
- Answer incoming inquiries, direct calls/messages, and handle lead inquiries
- Follow up with leads to **nurture relationships** and encourage conversions
**CRM & Data Management**
- Maintain an up-to-date **contact database/CRM**:
- Log all interactions and track lead progress in the CRM
- Monitor and analyze lead conversions, providing monthly performance reports
**Sales Support & Outreach**
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients (Glass House, Textla)
- Research services and FAQs to effectively address lead inquiries
