We are looking for a Scheduler who will work as part of a team responsible for ensuring our ethos of delivering outstanding care is being consistently delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organising the schedules to ensure they are optimised and flexible to meet the needs of both a growing client base and care professionals’ availability. Working closely with the Registered Care Manager, the Scheduler will ensure we are meeting the business’ objectives.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience of working in a scheduling role within a home care or other relevant environment
  • Previous experience in the care industry as a caregiver/senior carer or team leader role
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate
