Location: San Isidro Schedule: Full availability (including night shifts) Work mode: On-site / Presencial

Responsibilities:

• Call patients to schedule healthcare appointments

• Coordinate patient schedules and follow up on appointments

• Provide excellent customer service via phone

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (face-to-face or call-to-call) – indispensable

• Advanced English (C1 or higher)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
