We're Hiring~ Scheduler
Location~ San Isidro Schedule~ Full availability (including night shifts) Work mode~ On-site / Presencial
Responsibilities~
Call patients to schedule healthcare appointments
Coordinate patient schedules and follow up on appointments
Provide excellent customer service via phone
Requirements~
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (face-to-face or call-to-call) – indispensable
Advanced English (C1 or higher)
Strong communication and organizational skills
