Project Controls Analyst Job Purpose & Responsibilities Functioning as the Project Controls Analyst to support capital projects including project setup, cost tracking, work breakdown structure, cost analysis reporting, forecasting, earned value analysis, contingency management and change management Ability to work independently to pull together budget, forecast, and other estimating information from all project team members Preparing and analyzing project cost reports and communicate this information with project team and upper management Reviewing project estimates Setting up, maintaining, and tracking new projects Analyzing and interpreting data provided by Project Managers and work with subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely submittal of cost reports and other progress reporting Establishing initial project budgets, cash flows and update forecast for all design, procurement and construction activities - ability to understand, validate and challenge progress in each project ph...
