We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines and delivering projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain and update scheduling tools and software to ensure accurate tracking of project timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about scheduling challenges.
