Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full time Scheduler to join their team in North Perth. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for someone with experience in rostering or scheduling who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client support.

  • Work and develop staff rosters for multiple sites, ensuring clients’ support requirements are met efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate roster data in Salesforce and ShiftCare, and support workforce management processes
  • Manage changes to rosters including shift swaps, cancellations, and replacements, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Liaise with Service Managers and Team Leaders to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts
  • Identify rostering errors and improvements to processes to decrease errors over time
  • Support the payroll process by ensuring roster data is accurate and up to date before submission
