Job Description

Work with Region and Territory leaders to develop a robust activity schedule based on their calendar. Contact targeted advisors to schedule visits, track schedule and report on results and efforts. Proactively contact advisors and their staff and to schedule meetings with Ameriprise field leader and is liaison for any scheduling changes. Additional duties include providing expense processing, proactive and timely data entry into CRM system (Salesforce), and reference and utilize various results reporting to recognition and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactivity contact advisors and their staff over phone and email to sell the value proposition of meeting with a field leader and is liaison for any scheduling changes.
  • Manage advisor expectations regarding leader availability and conflicts.
