Scheduling & Automation Engineer

✅ What You’ll Do:

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of financial market systems, making sure critical scheduled processes run smoothly and on time. You’ll handle system issues and changes through formal support processes, monitor batch jobs using Control-M, and quickly resolve any job failures.

You’ll work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams to set up and maintain job schedules that meet business needs. You’ll also help improve efficiency by creating simple automation and scripts, performing routine system maintenance, and keeping clear documentation to support team knowledge sharing.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, production support, or DevOps support
• Hands-on experience using ITSM tools (e.g., Helix) and following ITIL practices
• Experience managing batch processing and scheduling, preferably using Control-M
