Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop and appliances products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and Fort Myers.
We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our Appliance team. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring that installations run smoothly from a scheduling standpoint. This includes monitoring tentative installation dates utilizing builder portals, updating internal systems, and communicating with Home Managers and Production Coordinators. Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities: Communicate with builders for job confirmations.Check scheduling reports to maintain dates for jobs in RFMS versus builder portal.Use and navigate builder scheduling software such as Vendor Suite, Supply Pro, etc.Check dates against other trades for Ally to make sure jobs go on tim...
