Overview
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll manage minor responsive repair works from start to finish, registering jobs, scheduling trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely invoicing. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and technicians, making sure every job runs smoothly and meets service standards.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Repairs: Register new jobs, obtain client approvals, and maintain accurate records in our workflow system.
- Schedule Trades: Allocate in-house technicians and external suppliers, liaise with estimators and supervisors, and manage bookings with building stakeholders.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep clients informed, respond to queries promptly, and update client portals in line with SLAs.
- Manage Budgets: Monitor project budgets, seek approvals for variations, and ensure compliance with KPIs.
