Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in allocating field staff to projects, managing workforce capacity, and ensuring that resources are efficiently distributed across the company's active and upcoming jobs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: USD per month
Work in Pacific Standard Time (9 am - 6 pm)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in workforce scheduling, operations coordination, or project management is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel, scheduling tools, and cloud-based communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
