Yablo School is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Scheduling Coordinator to support the daily operations of our language school in Mexico City.
This is an administrative, execution-focused role responsible for handling day-to-day communication with students and teachers, managing class schedules, booking sessions, and ensuring that classes run smoothly. The role plays a key part in keeping operations organized, accurate, and responsive, particularly through WhatsApp communication and schedule coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with systems and schedules, enjoys supporting others, and can follow established processes while flagging issues when needed. This role works closely with teachers and the School Manager to ensure a smooth experience for students.
