Work Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM PH Time

Work Location: 19th Floor, Octagon Centre, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the Client Support Coordinator team to ensure that all project requirements and client preferences are clearly understood and accurately reflected.
• Prepare regional schedules based on client priority, client requirements, regional inventory distribution, and operational preferences to meet target deadlines.
• Coordinate resource allocation by assigning technicians, scheduling equipment, and ensuring resources are available and utilized efficiently.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, risks, and potential delays, resolve issues promptly by making informed decisions and adjusting schedules as required.
• Collaborate closely with the Auditing Department to ensure that all scheduled data are submitted according to the scheduling demands.
