About the role


As Scheduling Team Leader, you will
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of schedulers to ensure daily targets and service standards are met.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of staff rosters and shift allocations, ensuring compliance with current processes and BaptistCare Enterprise Agreement.

  • Liaise with area managers, care facilitators and other stakeholders to support client changing priorities and urgent requests.

  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for process improvement, lead supervision of staff, team meetings and service improvement meetings with area managers.

  • Handle complaints, escalations and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Train new team members and facilitate ongoing development within the scheduling team.
