About the role
As Scheduling Team Leader, you will
Lead, mentor, and support a team of schedulers to ensure daily targets and service standards are met.Oversee the creation and maintenance of staff rosters and shift allocations, ensuring compliance with current processes and BaptistCare Enterprise Agreement.Liaise with area managers, care facilitators and other stakeholders to support client changing priorities and urgent requests.Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for process improvement, lead supervision of staff, team meetings and service improvement meetings with area managers.Handle complaints, escalations and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Train new team members and facilitate ongoing development within the scheduling team.
