Job Title: Project Manager


Location: Delhi, India

Qualification: Masters in Science or Engineering in any major discipline. 


Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee our scholarship initiatives for undergraduate Engineering, Medical and science students across India. As a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on society, we are looking for an individual with a strong academic background and a demonstrated history of managing diverse project


Major Goals

  • Expand scholarship initiative from 800 students to 2000 students with genuine financial need to support
  • Identify one student coordinator at each of 35 institutions, guide them and ensure at least 30-40 new student applications are received for review
  • Make visits to university campuses regularly and meet with Shraman scholars
  • Expend Equal opportunity scholarship initiative to 30-35 gov. Medical colleges
  • Talk with at least 5 students a day, review application and zoom meetings


Responsibilities include:

  • Scholarship Outreach:
  • Identify and engage with Registrars and administrators to communicate details about the scholarships offered by the foundation.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide information to educational institutions about the scholarship opportunities available.
  • Application Process Management:
  • Establish an efficient mechanism for students to apply for scholarships online and guide them to submit the application. 
  • Conduct Zoom meetings with the students for verifying the applications received along with the Senior Team in Delhi.
  • Oversee the application review process, conducting initial screenings, and providing feedback based on interactions with applicants.
  • Grant Disbursement Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the US team to schedule and disburse grants to colleges in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and transparent process for grant distribution to educational institutions.
  • Student Engagement:
  • Conduct follow-up communications with scholarship recipients to confirm the receipt of funds and address any queries.
  • Facilitate newsletters and interactive sessions with applicants, providing regular updates about the scholarship program.
  • Create Newsletters and event materials  
  • Organize career opportunities, talk with industries that potentially recruit young graduates


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to travel withing Delhi-NCR and outside of Delhi. It is required
  • As a non-profit organization working across various sectors, including Healthcare and Community Upliftment, collaborate with other programs based on organizational needs.
  • Provide support to other initiatives when required, contributing to the overall success of the organization in diverse areas.
