School Administrator Role Overview
The School Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for visitors, parents and callers

Manage pupil records, attendance and data systems

Provide administrative support to senior leaders

Handle correspondence, filing and data entry

Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding procedures

Person Specification

Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)

Strong IT, organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail
