School Administrator Coordinator & Teacher (50/50 Role)

This hybrid role blends teaching and school administration in a new, community‑oriented 1 through 8th grade international school grounded in Scandinavian values such as student‑centered learning, well‑being, equality, and mixed‑age collaboration. The ideal candidate is a flexible, multilingual educator with international and growth mindsets, experience in small or start‑up schools, and hybrid learning. Candidates should be based in Spain.

Teaching Responsibilities (50%)

Teach Math, English, Spanish, Sciences, and/or Digital Literacy in mixed‑age, mixed‑skill classrooms.

Plan and deliver project‑based learning (PBL) units that foster inquiry, creativity, and real‑world application.

Support learners of English and Spanish as second languages through effective differentiation and language‑acquisition strategies.

Implement and help guide colleagues in the IPC and IMYC frameworks.
