- Manage student admissions, registrations, and records
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and school management
- Handle parent communication and inquiries professionally
- Maintain school documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with KHDA / MOE regulations and policies
- Support academic schedules, exams, and school events
- Supervise admin and support staff
- Manage correspondence, emails, and official letters
