Play a key role in supporting academic leadership and faculty operations in a structured, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver executive and administrative support to senior faculty by managing procurement, claims processing, travel arrangements, and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and committees by scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Implement digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to manage administrative and compliance matters.
- Support faculty recruitment by profiling candidates, coordinating interviews, organizing campus visits, and managing claims.
