Job Description
A Texas school district is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across general education and special education environments. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys systems-level work, collaboration, and staff coaching. Due to significant disproportionality within the district, the BCBA will help design and implement proactive, culturally responsive behavioral supports while strengthening district-wide practices.
Primary Duties:

Partner with school teams to address behavioral needs across multiple settings

Conduct assessments and develop targeted behavior plans aligned with student needs

Support implementation of positive behavior interventions and data-based decision making

Provide direct supervision and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Deliver training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
